We have extensive experience in handling large scale commercial projects and collaborating closely with main contractors in the most difficult and time conscious situations, frequently where “live water” is present. We are experienced in working with commercial tenants and landlords to provide highly effective Waterproofing solutions, on time and to budget.

For new buildings, we will work with the design team to provide a Waterproofing system that is fully integrated into the build and is capable of delivering the required environmental grade. We can take a job from a hole in the ground right up to high quality finish. Calibre Building Solutions can assume the role of principle contractor where necessary but we are just as happy to work as a named subcontractor.

For buildings that have suffered from water penetration, possibly as a result of a failed Waterproofing installation, we have extensive experience in designing and installing guaranteed remedial packages.
